There is something wrong with my order. What should I do?

We are terribly sorry to hear that something is wrong with your order. Please, contact us as soon as possible to help us resolve the issue. To facilitate a rapid response to your email, please include following information in your email:

  • Name on the order
  • Order #
  • Description of the problem
  • A picture of the package you received (if applicable)

Are your fabric masks of medical grade?

  • Our fabric masks are not medical-grade masks and not intended as a replacement for medical-grade equipment or other recommended measures to stop the community spread of any viruses, including social distancing, washing your hands and refraining from touching your face.
  • This product makes no claims of antimicrobial protection, antiviral protection, particulate filtration, or infection prevention or reduction.
  • The mask should not be placed on young children under age 2, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.
